Affiliate Agreement
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") in the TheraPads.com affiliate program ("the Program"), and the establishment of links from your web site to our web site, TheraPads.com for the purpose of offering infrared saunas to your existing client base.
Enrollment in the TheraPad affiliate program
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Membership Application via our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection in the Program in a timely manner. MOST SITES ARE ACCEPTED. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the TheraPad far infrared sauna affiliate program at any time in the future. If your site is accepted, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement if at a later date your site is deemed unsuitable based on the aforementioned.
Linking to TheraPad
As an affiliate of SolarTEC (far infrared TheraPad) your site may display the following links:
Banner Ads- TheraPad will provide you with the appropriate Banner Ad to display. We will update with varying sizes and messages, as they become available. We reserve the right to change the banners at our discretion in accordance with our marketing message. This will not affect the actual dimensions of the banner. Also, when we change the visuals of the banner ad, this will not affect your link to us and no further coding is needed on your part. You are responsible for the placement of the HTML tag only.
You may chose to place advertising on our site by contacting affiliates@TheraPads.com or by clicking on join for more information, or by calling 1-877-368-8517 for more information.
Text Links- you may select a text link to place either on your web site or in an email message. We reserve the right to change the message of the text link in accordance with our marketing message.
You will be provided with guidelines and graphical artwork to incorporate into your site.
Tracking Your Referrals
You will be provided a "tagged" link for tracking purposes. The "tagged" link contains your Affiliate ID in both Banner Ads and Text Links. This tag may not be altered in any way. The "tag" insures proper tracking of visitors from your web site or email and the subsequent payment of leads, applications filled out and sales that result through our web site.
Referral Fees Paid to Affiliates
TheraPad agrees to pay you, as an affiliate:
Referral fees: 10% each. (Pursuant to terms below)
Payment will not be made to affiliates for applicants submitting false or unreachable email addresses, home phone numbers or for non-USA residents or duplicate entries.
Schedule of Referral Fee Payment
Referral fees will be paid to affiliates within 30 days of the end of any given calendar month providing that the affiliate is due at least $25.00 in referral fees. If the referral fees due an affiliate at the end of any calendar month does not exceed $25.00 then the referral fees will be carried forward to the next subsequent month.
Limited License to Affiliates
TheraPad grants affiliates a nonexclusive, revocable right to display graphics and text links described in the section entitled " Linking to TheraPads.com ". Banner Ads, graphics and text Links may not be altered in any way. TheraPads.com reserves all rights to graphics, images and text, our trade name and trademarks.
Affiliate Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your web site's content. In addition, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and technical support of your web site. Affiliates are responsible for the placement of text and graphics associated with our affiliate program. We disclaim all liability, to include: false claims, damages and expenses relating to all of the above statements outlined in "Affiliate Responsibilities".
Term of the Agreement
The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of you, the affiliate, into our program. Either party may terminate this affiliation. The program may be terminated at any time without cause. Upon termination, the affiliate agrees to remove all links associated to TheraPads.com from the web site of the participating affiliate. Any abuse of our program by the affiliate will result in immediate cancellation of future and pending referral fees.
Modifications by SolarTEC
SolarTEC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. All modifications will be posted to the web site and affiliates will be notified via email of such modifications. Modifications may include but are not limited to payment terms, referral fees and program rules.
The affiliate reserves the right to end affiliation with SolarTEC if any of the modifications made are not acceptable to the affiliate.
